See how much of your available revolving credit you're using and how it ranks against common scoring thresholds.
Per-card or aggregate — then what to do about it. No credit data leaves your browser.
How you want to enter it
Add each revolving account (credit cards, lines of credit). Omit installment loans (mortgage, auto, student) — they are not counted for utilization.

Your utilization
What the number means
Utilization is roughly 30% of a FICO score — second only to payment history (35%). “Under 30%” is a warning line, not a target; <10% is the practical ideal. There is no lasting “memory” penalty — paying a balance down in a single billing cycle (~30 days) typically restores the benefit quickly.
Reference point: the average US balance is ~$6,735 vs an average limit of ~$22,589 (≈30% average utilization), per Experian's June 2025 figures. Your target should be well below that average.
